I bring order to chaos
As a senior operations executive, I step into organizations at moments of growth, transition, or instability, and build the systems, structures, and operating discipline they need to perform at scale.
My work spans the full operational lifecycle: designing operating models, managing P&L and margin performance, building delivery infrastructure, and creating the governance systems that align strategy with execution. I’ve served as the operational counterpart to CEOs across PE-backed, enterprise, and high-growth technology organizations — the person who converts strategy into executable plans, owns the financial outcomes, and builds the teams that sustain them.
I’m particularly drawn to inflection-point roles where operational clarity, commercial discipline, and organizational trust must be built simultaneously. I’ve led transformations for global financial institutions, operationalized international markets, and stabilized troubled initiatives under compressed timelines.
I hold an MBA in Information Systems & Management from NYU Stern and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan. I also have both US and EU citizenship (Czech Republic), and am eligible to work across the European Union without visa sponsorship.
