Recruited into a newly created enterprise-level role during significant organizational disruption to lead cross-functional transformation and assess DTCC’s global operating model. Deloitte New Zealand

Led the Organizational Change Management workstream within the New Zealand Department of Corrections’ largest transformation initiative. Secured Governance Board approval for a 12-month change and communications strategy, and drove employee adoption across 3,500+ frontline staff in support of a concurrent rostering redesign and technology implementation.

Kaplan

Built and expanded enterprise capabilities during a period of rapid organizational change, serving as trusted operational partner to a newly appointed CIO and bringing structure, delivery discipline, and financial rigor to large-scale cross-divisional initiatives. Progressed from Director to Executive Director within 13 months based on expanding enterprise impact, including selection for the CIO Council Leadership Development program.
